The Opportunity

We are seeking a Principal Product Manager who is eager to drive Enterprise user success and rethink the future of their creative workflows.

What you'll do

You will be responsible for increasing Creative Professional success in Adobe Express, as well increasing activation of top Enterprise accounts.

  • Define and advocate for your product roadmap through partnership with engineering, design, marketing and research.

  • Build a multi-year vision and drive consensus across peers and leadership to reach that vision.

  • Set targets and influence partners across Product Marketing, Growth, and other Product teams to reach those objectives

  • Establish best-in-class Enterprise processes, including collaboration with Sales, managing prioritization across key accounts, and supporting customer success to drive activation.

  • Demonstrate customer empathy every day. Go deep with Enterprises as often as possible through user interviews and product pitches

  • Work at a rapid pace, and build an environment where others are passionate about keeping up with you

  • Have fun!

What you'll need to succeed
  • Relevant product management experience - At least 5 years in Enterprise product management required

  • Insatiable curiosity for the user problem - Passionate about creative workflows, with strong opinions on where the market is going.

  • Resourceful and imaginative - Have an ability to translate creative thought into practical action with the team and tools at your disposal. Your boundless optimism always finds a way to get things done.

  • Strong analytical abilities - An uncanny ability to synthesize information from a variety of sources to make real-time decisions to consistently hit your objectives

  • Excellent Communication skills - You can clearly and compellingly communicate a point of view to senior executives and peers alike through written documentation or verbal presentations.

  • MBA or equivalent experience preferred.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $145,100 -- $273,200 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
