We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Sales to join our team based out of Houston, Texas. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in helping to partner and collaborate with the Architectural and Design community, our Dealer Network and the end-users where our solutions make a difference. Having an understanding of market dynamics, and the ability to drive strategic initiatives is a plus. As the Director of Sales, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, and achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead initiatives and solution development through various channels and teams to achieve and exceed sales targets.
* Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our customer base.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
* Analyze market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the competition.
* Collaborate with partners to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
* Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on sales performance.

Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent experience.
* Experience in sales or design.
* Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
* Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to think strategically and drive results.
* Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
