Regional Safety Manager McMillen is seeking a Regional Safety Manager with strong Infrastructure and Heavy Civil experience to join our growing construction division. The Regional Safety Manager will oversee project-specific safety plans and performance on multiple complex construction projects and support corporate safety initiatives and programs. Applicants should be detail-oriented problem solvers with good interpersonal skills, and a strong working knowledge of OSHA and USACE safety standards. Key attributes of preferred candidates include understanding safe work practices for crane lifting and rigging operations, fall protection, confined space entry, structural concrete work, and working on/over water.
