Join our dynamic Design team as a Design Admin, where you'll play a key role in streamlining communication and workflow between departments. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to impactful projects in the residential and commercial construction space while growing your administrative career. What You'll Do
  • Serve as the communication hub for the Design department, managing high-volume emails and instant messages via Microsoft Outlook and Teams.
  • Organize and maintain digital files and documentation for easy access and efficiency.
  • Enter and manage data in the MiTek Business Application system.
  • Review architectural and structural plans to determine project scope.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, document outcomes, and follow up on action items.
  • Collaborate with the Design Admin Supervisor to develop and maintain standard operating procedures.
  • Provide general administrative support as needed.
What You BringEducation & Experience:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 3 years of administrative experience, preferably in a technical or design-related field.
Skills & Competencies:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Teams, Word); moderate Excel skills preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Comfortable working under pressure and managing multiple priorities.
  • Detail-oriented with a knack for problem-solving.
  • Team player with a proactive, can-do attitude.
