Shop Assistant

Pay Rate: $12.00 - $15.00/hour (Based on experience)

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Must be flexible for overtime and occasional weekends

As a Shop Assistant, you'll assist with production and maintenance support tasks, helping ensure smooth operations in a fast-paced environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Loading and unloading parts from machines and conveyors
• Moving and transporting materials, tools, and equipment
• Filing, trimming, drilling, sawing, and deburring parts using hand/power tools
• Wrapping/unwrapping equipment and parts
• Lubricating, cleaning, and maintaining parts and tools
• Keeping the work area clean and organized
• Following all safety and health guidelines

What You'll Need:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
• Basic math skills
• Willingness to learn and be a team player
