Over the years, LSS has grown to become one of the largest human service agencies in the two state area serving more than 125,000 clients annually. If you would like to help us achieve our mission, please apply for the following opportunity. Description LSS of WI and Upper MI is seeking a Human Service Professional to join our Interactions team! This is a full time, benefits eligible role. Hours will primarily be between 8 am - 5 pm, but will include occasional evening hours. Hours worked after 6 pm will be paid at 23 an hour. Interactions provides supervised visitation for children in out of home placement in our office, clients home, or out in the community. The position also provides parent education as needed. The role requires flexibility to include evening hours based on the needs of the families. The role does require working in the Eau Claire Community and the surrounding counties but will have the ability to work remotely for documentation and administrative tasks. CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS: The incumbent of this position must have a valid driver's license and have reliable transportation to perform the essential duties of the role; a motor vehicle check (MVR) with a satisfactory driving record per the LSS Driver Safety Procedure is required, and ability to meet LSS auto insurance requirements.
