Bio-Rad is seeking a LEX SAP Senior Business Systems Analyst (LEX Integrations) to support its global organization. This role involves designing, configuring, documenting, and implementing warehouse and logistics workstream aspects of SAP, integrating with applications like E2Open, Service Max, SAP TMS, and shipping carriers (DHL, UPS, FedEx). The position requires comprehensive knowledge of IT infrastructure, including application servers, Windows OS, databases, network, and security to be considered as major plus. The analyst will work extensively with other workstreams impacted by Warehouse Management and Logistics, including Master Data Management (MDM), Order to Cash (OTC), Plan to Make (PTM), and Procure to Pay (PTP)

How You'll Make An Impact:



  • SAP WM/EWM and Third-Party Integration: Configure and integrate SAP WM/EWM with third-party systems like E2Open, ServiceMax, 3PL/4PL WMS systems, and TMS LBN.
  • Warehouse and Logistics Operations: Oversee inbound and outbound product movement, inventory management, warehouse configuration, and order fulfillment.
  • Documentation and Training: Document system configurations, WRICEF's, SOPs, and project documentation. Prepare for and support operational readiness, train end users, and manage production cutover efforts.
  • Collaboration: Work with Bio-Rad subject matter experts, IT equipment and infrastructure teams, external consultants, and development teams.
  • IT Infrastructure: Understand the management of application servers, database servers, Windows environment, network, and systems security - This is a Nice to have that will also be supported more from infrastructure team but will require the candidate to have strong understanding of the Technical layer especially for the Architecture supporting the Enterprise Shipping System (ESS).


What You Bring:



  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Computer Science, Accounting, Management Information Systems or other relevant field.
  • Work Experience: Eight or more years supporting and configuring SAP WM/EWM modules and integrating with third-party systems (CRM, TMS, 3PL/4PL systems, SAP PI, SI/SOA, FTP).
  • Business Knowledge: Experience in Life Science or Clinical Diagnostics business, international business processes, and knowledge of other languages is a plus.
  • Certifications: SAP certifications for TMS, EWM, or EH&S are very nice to have.
  • Candidate must be a very good communicator with excellent proeficiency in English (spoken / written).
  • Additional spoken languages (German / French in particular) will be nice to have.
  • Audits: Experience in IT audit controls and IT audit walkthroughs with internal and external audit teams.
  • Project Management: Proven ability to manage projects and teams, deliver projects using Agile methodologies, and solve problems methodically.
  • Experience with systems implementation and/or process transformation. The candidate must have experience in understanding current processes to be able to convert these to future business processes.
  • Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) relative to the SAP environment. The candidate must be able to design and map integration processes and sub-processes and to think through the implications of those designs. Understanding how these processes provide Bio-Rad competitive advantages or operational efficiencies is essential.

Compensation: The estimated annual salary for this position is $107,000 to $184,200 at the time of posting. This range is inclusive of all geographic locations within the United States*. Actual compensation will be provided in writing at the time of an offer, if applicable, and is based on several factors we believe fairly and accurately impact compenstion, including geographic location, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and other job permitted factors. This position is eligible for a variable annual bonus, which is dependent upon achievement of your individual objectives and Company performance.

*Minimum reflects our lowest paying locations, and the top end reflects our highest paying locations. The range in your geographic location will vary but will be within the indicated ranges.
