SUMMARY Responsible for driving the day to day execution of our digital marketing strategy initiatives, including trafficking creative, monitoring campaign effectiveness, managing budgets and driving optimization across multiple campaigns. Responsible for guiding the department and overall corporate strategy and being a subject matter expert in one of the digital channels. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES * Marketing Focus Areas with an emphasis in 1-2 areas: * Web Content: Develop and lead the website content strategy through the development and management of original content for use in web sites, blogs, videos, newsletters, graphics and other digital media. Monitor and report on results. * Social Media: Develop and lead the social media content strategy through the development and management of social media communities (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest). Create and post content across social media channels. Monitor and report on results. * Email Marketing: Develop and lead the email content strategy through the development and management of email marketing campaigns and databases. Monitor and report on results. * Video Marketing: Develop and lead the video content strategy through development and management of video marketing campaigns. Manage studio resources and coordinate webinars. Monitor and report on results. * Other Digital Marketing Duties: Build, analyze and optimize campaigns in all major PPC platforms such as Google Adwords, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, Twitter Ads, Pinterest Ads. Ensure localized content is leveraged for all digital marketing channels including web, social, paid advertising and outbound emails. Conducts analysis for programs effectiveness and uses the findings for market site enhancements and to leverage optimization of all digital programs. Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights * Special Projects: Work collaboratively with fellow staff to advance the values and mission of Senior Market Sales by serving on relevant internal and external committees; Assists with special projects/assignments as requested by members of management. * Perform other duties as assigned by management. * *These tasks do not meet the Americans With Disabilities Act definition of essential job functions and are usually less than 5% of time spent. QUALIFICATIONS EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Journalism, Graphic Design or related field or equivalent work experience. Three (3) or more years professional marketing/digital experience and developing and executing multi-channel digital marketing strategies. Expert level of knowledge of digital marketing tools and best practices. Strong verbal and written proficiencies of the English language and bilingual (Spanish and English) Experience using digital marketing tools, such as email marketing software, social media management software, Google Analytics, Google Webmaster Tools, and Google Pay-Per-Click. Familiarity with marketing automation platforms, such as Marketo, SilverPop, or Hubspot. Proficient in writing codes such as HTML, HTML5 and CSS. SKILLS Working knowledge of insurance services industries. Knowledge of the general industry procedures, practices and terminology. Skill in developing effective communication materials. Skill in negotiating and problem solving to resolve internal and external conflicts. Skill in the use of office equipment including computer, fax, printer, telephone system, etc. Skill in the use of time management and organization skills. Skill in maintaining effective working relationships with other management members, employees and the general public. Skill in project management. Proficient computer skills (Microsoft/Office Suite software preferred - Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite, HTML, Content Management Software). Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, in a constructive manner. Ability to approach and communicate with a wide range of personalities in a professional and courteous manner. Ability to be patient under frustrating circumstances and demonstrate controlled emotional affect in difficult situations. Ability to engage in effective interpersonal interaction, verbal communication and written communication. Ability to maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail while remaining flexible and responsive when faced with multiple urgent requests. Ability to read, write and communicate English effectively. Ability to maintain all company policies, including all confidentiality and safety policies. Ability to actively contribute to team effort.
