PHOTO Sets up and maintains auction site image booth and/or standard imaging area in accordance with standards May adjust and enhance digital images to meet or exceed quality standards Ensures that cameras and other imaging equipment is properly maintained and stored Takes digital photographs of vehicles for condition reports and uploads to company website. Ensures that all standard required photos are taken and uploaded Inspector/RPP Identify damage, missing parts and mechanical problems by inspecting all customer vehicles at time of receipt (i.e. interior, exterior, odometer reading, trunk area, engine compartment, noting any damage or repair to frame, paint or other engine noise, AC/heater operation, radio, navigation system, tire condition, etc.). Write electronic condition reports (ECR). Provides accurate and complete documentation of overall vehicle condition to support the processing and sale of client / customer consigned vehicles in lane and on line including but not limited to: VIN recognition Proper notation of all options and equipment Proper odometer reading and operable function Parts pricing using Mitchell Collision Estimate Guides Recommended labor actions / severity / pricing Identification of value added options Identification of basic mechanical conditions Identification of common wear and tear Fluid level checks / evaluation Completing inspection process and data entry in appropriate time frames Digital photo collection to specific criteria guidelines Estimate repair costs according to appropriate guidelines Detail QC Inspect vehicles to ensure the required repairs and work is satisfactorily completed. Manage the workflow to ensure that all vehicles are completed in a timely manner and in accordance with established Manheim quality standards. Monitor process and work with production employees to ensure SOP is being adhered too. Ensure employees have proper equipment and are properly trained in its use. Responsible for ensuring all services are accounted for and appropriately charged against the vehicle. Use PT Scanner, VCF and any tool to track production and post charges. Monitor and control the use of supplies, materials and equipment for the recon shop and with approval of the department manager purchase equipment and supplies as necessary. Monitor and aide in ensuring established guidelines for a safe work environment are met to achieve compliance with OSHA and EPA regulations. Visibly demonstrate safety commitment by following all safety and health procedures and modeling the behaviors related to such. Work in cooperation with safety leadership in support of all safety activities aligned with Safety Excellence. Enforce all company policies and procedures related to employee and customer conduct. Perform other duties as assigned by manager. May be required to work overtime (more than 40 hours per week) as business needs dictate. Qualifications: Minimum: High School Diploma/GED and 3 years' experience in a related field. OR the right candidate could also have a different combination, such as any level degree/certification beyond a HS diploma/GED in a related discipline; OR 5 years' experience in a related field Safe driver's needed; valid driver's license required USD 19.52 - 29.23 per hour Compensation: Hourly base pay rate is $19.52 - $29.23/hour. The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program. Benefits: Employees are eligible to receive a minimum of sixteen hours of paid time off every month and seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year. Employees are also eligible for additional paid time off in the form of bereavement leave, time off to vote, jury duty leave, volunteer time off, military leave, and parental leave.
