Your Role

The Marketing Center of Excellence team is responsible for Brand Management, Marketing Technology Strategy & Solutions and Marketing Operations. The Senior Manager, Marketing Operations will report to the Director, Marketing Center of Excellence. In this role you will lead a high-performing team of marketers and communication professionals responsible for the implementation and deployment of ongoing operational communications, including print and digital, for our Commercial, Individual and Medicare lines of business. You will have responsibility for our marketing and print operation teams supporting Brand & Marketing workstreams.

Your Knowledge and Experience

  • Requires a bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field and/or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Requires at least 10 years prior relevant experience, including 4 years of management experience
  • Requires experience in marketing operations, with demonstrated expertise in both digital marketing and print product workflows
  • Requires outstanding conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a record of implementing operational processes and tools that support decision mechanisms (Jira, Workfront, Print)
  • Internal and external customer focused with a consultative approach; prior healthcare experience a plus
  • Must be proactive, detail, deadline and results-oriented
  • Lean/agile experience with certification in area of expertise preferred (e.g., PMP, Lean, SAFE, CSPO)
  • Demonstrates exceptional interpersonal skills - able to work with a variety of teams, adapt rapidly to changing demands, and thrive in a dynamic environment
