The eCommerce Marketing Analyst will support the eCommerce Analytics Manager in driving data insights and optimizing retail media performance. This role focuses on eCommerce sales reporting, performance analysis, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to inform decisions that enhance eCommerce growth. The position provides critical support in identifying trends, opportunities, and optimizations to ensure the success of eCommerce and retail media strategies, including pulling data from relevant platforms for analysis.

What You Do.



  • Retail Media & Campaign Performance:

    • Assist in analyzing retail media campaigns, tracking performance, and identifying opportunities for optimization.
    • Support the development of models to assess the impact of search and display investments on sales and business growth.
    • Conduct ad-hoc analysis to identify performance improvements and report insights to key stakeholders.
    • Collaborate with the media, omni-channel, and content teams to ensure a data-driven approach to campaign execution.


  • eCommerce Reporting & Insights:

    • Support the creation and maintenance of eCommerce sales performance reports, tracking key business drivers, trends, and market insights.
    • Pull data from relevant platforms (e.g., Profitero, Pacvue, Circana, Walmart Connect) to track sales performance, search effectiveness, and campaign success.
    • Provide ongoing analysis of competitive benchmarks to identify growth opportunities.
    • Translate data findings into clear, actionable insights that influence eCommerce strategies and decisions.


  • Data Strategy & Visualization:

    • Help build and maintain dashboards that track the performance of eCommerce and retail media efforts in real time.
    • Assist in identifying new data sources and tools to improve reporting and decision-making.
    • Leverage data visualization techniques to present findings clearly and effectively for cross-functional teams.


  • Cross-Functional Support:

    • Provide data support for content and search teams, helping optimize digital shelf strategies and organic SEO efforts.
    • Collaborate with the media analytics team on tools, measurement approaches, and generating insights.
    • Work closely with sales, marketing, and category management teams to align data strategies with broader business objectives.




OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:



  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and present data-driven insights clearly.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Knowledge of digital marketing channels, KPIs, organic SEO, and full-funnel optimization.


EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:



  • Bachelor's degree required; 3-5 years of experience in analytics, digital marketing, or eCommerce (CPG or retail preferred).
  • Strong proficiency in pulling and analyzing data from eCommerce and retail media platforms (Profitero, Pacvue, Circana, Walmart Connect, KPM, etc.).
  • Experience with organic SEO strategies, keyword optimization, and content alignment is a plus.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with data visualization tools (Salesforce, Power BI, Tableau preferred).
  • Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
