As a content strategist on the Shopper Experience team, you'll play a pivotal role in transforming how millions of customers discover, shop, and connect with food. You'll craft content that doesn't just inform-it inspires, simplifies, and personalizes the grocery journey across digital and in-store touchpoints. Responsibilities: * Develop and execute content strategies that align with business goals and customer needs. * Create and optimize content for various digital platforms, including websites, apps, and social media. * Collaborate with UX designers, product managers, and marketing teams to ensure content is integrated seamlessly into the user experience. * Use data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of content and make data-driven decisions. * Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve content quality and effectiveness. Qualifications: * Proven experience as a content strategist or UX writer, preferably in the retail or e-commerce industry. * Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail. * Ability to translate complex concepts into clear, concise, and engaging content. * Experience with content management systems (CMS) and digital marketing tools. * Excellent communication and collaboration skills. * A passion for creating user-centered content that enhances the customer experience. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $75.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
