Your Job

Molex is seeking a Facilities & Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at our Temp-Flex facility in South Grafton, MA to provide leadership and administration of all facility and equipment maintenance in support of all functional areas to obtain optimum efficiency and economy in the operation while providing customer service and satisfaction. The Facilities & Maintenance Supervisor will also manage compliance of all applicable safety/environmental standards and oversee development and administration of EHS programs

Our Team

The Facilities & Maintenance Supervisor will lead and work with a team of skilled maintenance mechanics and Tool and Die Makers. This position will report to the Plant Manager and will be a part of our RF Microwave Solutions team which will report into he Copper Solutions Business Unit

What You Will Do

  • Ensure adequate preventative maintenance programs are established and maintained for all plant equipment and building infrastructure components.
  • Direct internal/external resources for preventative maintenance and/or repair activities on all building infrastructure systems including HVAC systems, electrical power distribution systems, chiller systems, security systems, and fire safety systems.
  • Manage outsourced services for housekeeping services, lawn maintenance, snow removal, parking lot maintenance, exterior lighting, roof maintenance, and trash removal.
  • Manage construction/renovation and/or relocation projects by providing specifications, soliciting bids and determining contractor selection
  • Schedule/direct installations and/or relocations of equipment, furniture, and fixtures. Ensures applicable building/electrical codes are followed. Provides drawings and recommends equipment placement.
  • Maintain compliance to all local and state regulatory agencies regarding fire department hazardous material inventories, backflow prevention inspections, and elevator, boiler, fire alarm, and X-Ray equipment certifications.
  • Manage the implementation of security processes.
  • Hazard Communication
  • Responsible for all waste management activities, including waste stream analysis, scheduling waste pick-ups, and waste manifest record management. Assigns internal Waste Managers to ensure that labeling, manifesting, tracking, and inspections are completed as required.
  • Oversee large package shipping/receiving activities

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Five (5) years or more maintenance experience
  • Experience on a safety team OR leadership experience

What Will Put You Ahead

  • EHS experience
  • Two (2) years or more leadership experience
