Financial Analyst

Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial reports.
• Develop ad hoc customized reports using tools such as Report Builder and Power BI.
• Utilize Planful to support budgeting and forecasting processes, enhancing financial models and simulations.
• Support FP&A team with data wrangling to identify trends, perform variance analysis, and forecast future financial performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and enhance financial accuracy and insight.
• Support the Accounting and Finance department in account reconciliation and management.
• Help prepare detailed presentations, communications, and financial reports for internal stakeholders and management.
• Engage in special projects, providing critical financial insights and decision support.
• Manage distribution of FSG - developed Bi tools
• Research new BI tools to enhance existing dashboard functionality.
• Ensure adherence to financial guidelines, company policies, and regulatory requirements.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Excel.
• Experience with business intelligence tools such as Power BI.
• Familiarity with financial planning software, preferably Planful.
• Strong understanding of database models.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in both independent and team settings.
• Proactive learner with a strong interest in enhancing analytical and financial reporting capabilities.
• Previous internship or work experience in finance or accounting is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of SQL, VBA, DAX is a plus.
