We are currently seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team at Orchard Grove, a 234 unit apartment community in Vero Beach, FL. POSITION SUMMARY: The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the overall appearance, upkeep, and efficient daily operation of the property. This includes responding to after-hours emergencies, completing routine and preventative maintenance, addressing plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance issues, and maintaining common areas and grounds. The role requires the use of a digital device to manage work orders and inspections, adherence to safety and purchasing protocols, and compliance with Fair Housing regulations. Technicians must wear a company uniform and ID badge, be familiar with emergency systems and shut-offs, and may be assigned to support multiple properties as needed. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: QUALIFICATIONS: (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Education, Training and Experience.) * High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
