Job Title: Learning and Talent Development DirectorLocation: CityScapeWhat you'll do: As the Learning and Talent Development Director you will be responsible for advancing the knowledge, skills and abilities of the company's employees. This position works collaboratively across the business to assess, design and implement effective methods to develop the people and advance their capabilities. You will be responsible for leading a team that will deliver job specific training, compliance training, manager training, leadership programs, and mentoring programs. The position works to enhance current programs such as performance management, on-boarding, succession planning, development planning, and talent reviews. As the Learning and Talent Development Director you'll build relationships with program participants, business leaders and other stakeholders utilizing your understanding of current training methodologies and technologies to ensure highly effective, quality development that meets the needs of the Bank. You will also oversee a teams efforts in providing the administration, direction, development, materials, tools and effectiveness monitoring for Learning and Development programs.
