Education
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Work Experience Required
- Minimum 2 years experience hands-on experience with change management and/or project execution.
- Exposure to commercial digital, onboarding, servicing, or product management/ development
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Proven ability to drive cross-functional collaboration during change initiatives by aligning stakeholders, analyzing and interpreting impacts on teams, and developing comprehensive change plans that enhance adoption and minimize disruption.
- Experience operating in a data-driven environment, through insights and metrics to improve efficiency.
- Intermediate exposure with Agile, i.e involvement in the agile process, with an understanding of both strategic objectives and operations execution.
Preferred
- Experience commercializing solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.
- Experience creating compelling stories and presentations that engage stakeholders and clearly communicate complex ideas.
- Familiarity with user-centered design and user experience principles.
- Certification in change management frameworks (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR) is a plus.

Physical Demands
- General office/mobile office environment: Prolonged sitting, ability to communicate on the phone or face-to-face in person with teammates and clients
- Frequent use of PC/laptop, occasional lifting/pushing/pulling of backpacks, computer bags up to 10 lbs.
Travel/Driving Requirements
- May need to drive or travel to corporate office locations for leadership meetings

As a result, this role may be mobile or home based, which means you may work either at a home office or in a Key facility to perform your job duties. COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $68,000 to $80,000 annually depending on location and job-related factors such as level of experience. Compensation for this role also includes eligibility for short-term incentive compensation and deferred incentive compensation subject to individual and company performance.
