WFLD/WPWR is seeking an enthusiastic and driven individual to join our dynamic sales team. As a digital coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the creation and successful implementation of campaign activities across a wide range of platforms, including CTV and the web. Responsibilities also include optimizing digital campaigns across multiple products, processing digital sales orders, submitting creative and monitoring delivery to ensure campaigns are pacing properly.

General Responsibilities

  • Account management: Work directly with sales to support their needs through digital order entry and communicate expectations to the fulfillment and trafficking teams.
  • Project management: Track timelines and due dates for deliverables, reviews, and approval for campaign launches.
  • Campaign management: Recognize and improve the campaign, considering quality assurance and new campaign requirements.
  • Verification of account executive paperwork: Ensure all orders have been entered correctly for various billing and fulfillment systems. Make any necessary changes or fixes to the orders before preparing them for approval.
  • Continuity: Ensure all online ads are being worked on and that deadlines are met, so the client schedule can run on time.
  • Working knowledge of digital inventory: Understand the current and projected sellout levels of inventory on various platforms.
  • Campaign monitoring: Ensure all campaigns are hitting the promised impressions goals during their flights. Adjust priority levels as appropriate. Communicate any anticipated problems and be prepared with suggested solutions.
  • Campaign reporting: At month end and/or campaign end, prepare performance reporting for digital campaigns, and present results to the client with the account executive.

Recommended Qualifications

  • One year of experience working with digital marketing campaigns.
  • Logical, process-oriented person who effectively and strategically contributes to campaigns.
  • Highly analytical and creative thinker passionate about data and analytics.
  • Ability to successfully collaborate in various team environments with dynamic priorities while meeting deadlines.
  • Quick-witted; understands and offers solutions regarding various responsibilities.
  • Knowledge of Wide Orbit or Operative experience is a plus.

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $26.00-29.28 per hour. This role is also eligible for various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
