The Project Management Analyst supports small to large complexity projects associated with strategic network initiatives for the Platforms & Technology Management organization. This includes but it is not limited to support implementation efforts for the Edge-Connectivity Services changes coming from multiple DRIVE initiatives, and changes to the Enterprise Infrastructure.

Essential Functions

  • Develops Business cases and detailed project plans and timelines to ensure successful delivery.
  • Utilize Planview for project and portfolio management, ensuring accurate financials, tracking, and reporting.
  • Lead and/or support small to large-scale initiatives spanning various technologies and cross-functional teams.
  • Monitors all department schedules to ensure that projects are completed on or projected completion dates.
  • Monitors all department schedules to ensure that projects are completed on or before projected completion dates.
  • Develops and/or maintain long- and short-term Project Plans to support Network related projects
  • Creates Communication and implementation plans
  • Collects and analyzes all necessary data for resolution of problems, issues and concerns affecting the department.

Domicile: This position is domiciled in Memphis, Tennessee. Preference is to be hybrid and to work at a FedEx office location 2-3 days a week."

Minimum Education

Bachelor's Degree/equivalent in a quantitative discipline.

Minimum Experience

Two (2) years experience in project management, product development, business /financial and analysis or systems design/development.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Project management/planning software.

Analytical organization/planning.

Leadership.

Communication.

Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement.

Pay: U.S. Pay Range: $4,881.62/month - $8,461.48/month
