Analyze revenue processes for assigned accounts to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and effectiveness. Essential Functions
Minimum Education Bachelor's Degree/equivalent. Minimum Experience Two (2) years related experience in customer account support/analysis, in collections, revenue recovery and invoicing. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Knowledge of pricing, billing, invoice adjustments, collections and sales techniques. Strong customer interface, analytical and communication skills. Job Conditions Some travel required Preferred Qualifications: Analytical and Problem solving skills, Communication and Interpersonal Skills, Collaboration and Teamwork, Proficiency in Data Analysis Tools; Excel and SQL, Understanding the Business and Objectives Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the salary information represents the job level minimum and the job level maximum. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law.
