The Opportunity The position of Director of Sales is a pivotal and transformational role requiring a strategic blend of vision, expertise, and execution. This role is instrumental in achieving sustained growth by capitalizing on Commvault's distinct competitive advantages, effectively aligning them with customers' defined business objectives. Management and development of talent will serve as a cornerstone of success in this role, ensuring that all team members deliver maximum value to their customers while advancing their professional aspirations. What You'll Do... This role will hold overall responsibility for the district sales in Central and Western Canada, third party alliances engagement and customer satisfaction. * Achieve / exceed quarterly and annual goal quota. * Provide accurate forecast and pipeline management * Strong operational sales cadence for driving consistent field engagement, pipeline generation and opportunity execution * Responsible for regions expense management * Direct customer executive level engagement * Talent management including recruiting, coaching and developing sales team members
