Genesis10 is currently seeking a Sr. Program Administrator with our client in the financial industry located in Plano, TX. This is a 12 + month contract position. Responsibilities: Proxy as the COO as needed on all high level matters Handling phone calls, emails, and correspondence, as well as managing internal communications between different departments and staff members. Organizing and maintaining files, records, and databases, both in physical and digital formats. Managing calendars, scheduling meetings and appointments, arranging travel and accommodation, and coordinating events. Assisting with tasks like data entry, report preparation, and providing support to other departments, such as HR or finance. Ensuring adherence to organizational policies and procedures, and helping to maintain a compliant and efficient workplace. In some cases, administrators may also supervise other administrative staff and delegate tasks to ensure efficient workflow. Requirements: High level technical admin who can act as a proxy for the COO Strong leadership skills Strong organization skills to keep the organization in order Ability to conduct Self- identified audits and follow ups Strong executive level presentations skills Strong communication both oral and written Ability to tell stories and get buy in from stakeholders Know how to run SQL queries Pay Range: $63.94 - $71.94 Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
