Responsibilities

Arcfield is seeking a Real Estate & Corporate Services Operations Manager. The responsibilities for this position are listed below.

  • Directs and advises experienced professionals who exercise latitude and independence in their assignments.
  • Responsible for the governance and effectiveness of the Real Estate and Corporate Services operating model.
  • Plans, conducts, and supervises assignments, generally involving larger and more important projects or multiple projects.
  • Evaluates and determines changes in methods or procedures in assigned area of responsibility and identifies opportunities to enhance value across the function.
  • Manages portfolio of real estate and corporate services projects and initiatives such as leasing, buildouts, and move/add/changes.
  • Liaises across the organization, business, and other functions to qualify new projects and develop business cases.
  • Oversees functional procurement activities and cost control / vendor optimization.
  • Develops, implements, and enforces Real Estate and Corporate Services policies and processes. Manages organizational data, reporting, stakeholder governance, and communications.
  • Guides and trains less experienced personnel.

Qualifications

  • BS 10-12, MS 8-10, PhD 5-7
  • Self-starter with excellent organizational, communication, problem solving, and analytical skills.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of finance, procurement, and other corporate shared services methods and business practices.
  • Relevant experience in corporate real estate, procurement, finance, or other related field.
