Sr Aircraft Maintenance Technician

Main Responsibilities:
* Perform inspections and repairs of all aircraft assigned to Rite Hite Holding Corporation & report to the Director of Aircraft Maintenance.
* Perform ancillary functions relative to the operation of the Rite Hite aircraft fleet including towing aircraft, aircraft cleaning, fueling, hangar duties, and security.
* Assist in recordkeeping functions of aircraft maintenance, FAA regulations, aircraft service bulletins, service letters, and manuals.
* Assist in maintaining ground support equipment and physical facilities as assigned by the Director of Aircraft Maintenance.

Education and Experience:
* FAA-certified airframe and powerplant mechanic.
* Extensive experience in aircraft maintenance and repair.
* Knowledge of FAA regulations and industry best practices.
* G550 and or G280 experience preferred with Gulfstream or similar aircraft experience required.

Technical Skills:
* Strong knowledge of aircraft systems, components, and maintenance procedures.
* Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot aircraft problems.
* Proficiency in using maintenance management software and tools.
* Safety and Compliance:
* Ensure that all maintenance activities are conducted in accordance with safety regulations and procedures.
* Address any safety concerns or incidents with the Director of Aircraft Maintenance.
* Stay current with industry regulations and best practices.

* Ability to handle stressful situations.

Location:

* Role will function onsite at the Rite-Hite hanger at Milwaukee Mitchell International Airport.

Hours:

* This is not a standard schedule but dictated by the weekly flight schedule which could include weekends.
