Laborer Job Responsibilities As a Laborer, you'll perform a variety of essential tasks to support daily operations, including: Flagging and directing traffic safely through the facility Operating light equipment and performing general site maintenance Assisting customers with unloading and navigating the site Maintaining cleanliness and safety of the work environment Occasionally driving within the landfill (requires valid driver's license and clean driving record) Schedule & Compensation Work Schedule: Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday Hours: 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM Pay Range: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour (based on experience) Employment Type: Full-Time, Year-Round Qualifications & Requirements To be successful in this role, candidates should meet the following criteria: Minimum 1 year of experience in a physically demanding, outdoor labor role Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods (10-hour shifts) Comfortable working in environments with strong or unpleasant odors Valid driver's license and clean driving record High school diploma or equivalent SAFETY SENSITIVE: YES -- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check Willingness to work at multiple locations if needed Please do not call or visit the facility directly.
