Your Opportunity: Taylor Corporation is looking for a 1st Shift Warehouse Customer Service Representative to join the team at our Jeffersonville, IN, facility! This position is responsible to tracking internal communications, order entry and fulfillment, verifying available inventory for orders, as well as monitoring, auditing, and providing reports to communicate shipment status and inbound receipt issues. Your Shift: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday with overtime as required. Your Responsibilities:
- Processes orders, prepares correspondence, and fulfills customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Take, enter, process, and/or expedite orders.
- Providing effective customer follow-up in post-sales activities.
- Provide effective and professional communication practices with account representatives and customer.
- Relay communication chains between Customer Service, Scheduling, Shipping, and other departments.
- Utilize computer to properly account for issues, returns, receipts of new materials, and associated back-orders.
- Enter any discrepancy with a product onto the Unable to Receive report (UTR), once sales resolve the issue produce the correct receipt for the item.
- Follow all established safety rules and regulations and utilize required safety equipment.
- Maintain work area in a clean and orderly condition.
- Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.
You Must Have:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
- Experience with warehouse management systems.
- Customer Service experience.
We Would Also Prefer:
- High School Diploma or equivalent and 1+ years' related experience, or commensurate combination of education and experience
