Job Description About the Job: As a Program Management Supervisor, you will lead a team of Program Managers and Coordinators, overseeing the planning and execution of professional education programs and activities, while ensuring best practices are followed across multiple brands. You will manage complex projects, delegate tasks, and provide guidance and development opportunities to junior staff, fostering a collaborative environment and ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery of programs. With increased client exposure, you will work directly with marketing, vendors, clients, speakers, and faculty, utilizing your exceptional leadership, communication, organizational, and project management skills to drive success. $85,000 - $110,000 The salary range for this position is noted within this job posting.
