Essential Job Duties
NC State Campus Enterprises' marketing team is seeking an enthusiastic marketing or communications professional to primarily support NC State Dining.

This is a 20 hour per week temporary position ending September 30, 2025.
In this role, you will:

  • Work with Dining team to plan promotions, coordinate details and work with designer to create print and digital assets.
  • Deploy promotional material through Email, Billboard, Website, Social, University Calendar, etc.
  • Plan and design the Monthly Dining Digest
  • Attend planning meetings
  • Ensure operational changes are reflected on the website and communicated to constituencies
  • Delegate tasks as needed to marketing coordinator
  • Maintain Wrike project management system to ensure projects are completed and that fall projects are clearly defined with tasks and deadlines assigned accordingly

Minimum Experience/Education
Associate or bachelor's degree in marketing, public relations, communication media or equivalent, or one year of relevant experience (can include internships).

  • Knowledge and experience with social media, email marketing
