Staffmark is hiring a skilled Forklift Operator for a dynamic warehouse facility in Aberdeen, MD, supporting a leading name in home appliances and logistics. This is your chance to put your forklift (specifically clamp truck) experience to work at a facility known for efficiency, safety, and advancement opportunities.

Hours & Pay:

1st Shift: Tuesday - Friday | 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM | $19.00/hr

2nd Shift: Monday - Friday | 4:00 PM - 12:30 AM | $20.50/hr

Weekend Shift: Saturday - Monday | 4:00 AM - 5:00 PM | $22.00/hr

Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire

Training: 1-week orientation on a designated shift

What You'll Be Doing:

• Operate powered lift equipment (clamp truck) safely and efficiently
• Perform daily inspections to ensure the forklift is in proper working order
• Handle materials and products with care to avoid damage
• Pick, stage, and load customer orders accurately and on time
• Follow all safety procedures, work instructions, and warehouse protocols
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
• Support packaging processes and team needs as directed

What You'll Need:

• Minimum 2 years of recent forklift experience, specifically clamp truck operation
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
• Ability to work independently and follow SOPs with minimal supervision
• Willingness to learn, train, and grow in a warehouse setting
