Job Description

As an Industry Fulfillment Strategist, you will partner with Client Partners and Industry leaders to create an optimized workforce plan to support projected revenue. Lead a team of client account fulfillment partners to ensure optimal deployment of right talent balancing individual aspirations with client needs.

Your Impact

  • Workforce Planning: Create workforce plan to support projected revenue scenarios. Use proprietary, in-house risk assessment framework to optimize the workforce planning forecasts.
  • Workforce deployment and optimization: Maximize revenue and people satisfaction by ensuring timely & optimal deployment of talent. Provide timely input to the capacity management process to minimize bench and downtime between assignments.
  • Liaison with Industry Leaders: Liaise directly with the client partners and the industry leaders to understand sales pipeline and anticipated impact to workforce plans. Lead interactions with Sales Leads, escalate capacity issues to leadership, ensure actions are agreed upon and assigned to address capacity issues, and provide feedback to relevant functional leaders
  • Weekly status reporting and risk management: Continuously assess workforce risks and implement mitigation strategies. Provide accurate status reporting (using inhouse framework and tools) to enable global leadership in assessing delivery, client and financial risks.
  • Collaboration across Industries and Regions: Work with peers to maximize opportunity at a company level (vs. optimizing locally). Work in the best interests of the overall organization while also supporting their team.
Qualifications

Your Skills & Experience

  • Leadership in Capacity Management: Minimum of 15 years of experience in a leadership role within capacity management, demand planning, and fulfillment
  • Data Analysis and Presentation: Scientific background and experience in conducting and presenting data analysis
  • Proven ability to effectively manage a team with a high level of emotional intelligence
  • Strong communication and consultative skills at all levels of personnel within the organization; ability to manage conflict in high-pressure situations
  • Agile Program Management experience will be a plus
Additional Information

Pay Range: $120,000-$165,000

  • The range shown represents a grouping of relevant ranges currently in use at Publicis Sapient. Actual range for this position may differ, depending on location and specific skillset required for the work itself.
