Central Park South - has been completely reimagined as a departure from its neighbors and serves as a
unique and inclusive retreat within walking distance of the city's cultural hubs including Lincoln Center,
Carnegie Hall, 5th Avenue shopping, and the Museum of Modern Art. The 47-story property features 610
rooms - nearly half of which provide sweeping park-facing views - and 11,000 square feet of reimagined
indoor and outdoor event space. A fitness center perched on the fifth floor offers state-of-the-art
equipment and its own separate outdoor terrace. The reimagined hotel features three new food & beverage venues throughout the hotel including an 80-seat lobby bar with an outdoor promenade, an intimate restaurant on the hotel's second floor, and CentralPark South's only rooftop lounge atop the hotel. Overview

The Sales Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the sales team by managing the day-to-day operations of two group sales managers, handling administrative duties, coordinating client communications, maintaining reports, and creating contracts in the Delphi/Salesforce system. As the first point of contact for visitors and potential buyers, this role requires a professional demeanor, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, client-facing environment.



Responsibilities

    Assist in preparing sales contracts.
  • Promptly answer and direct phone calls and respond to email inquiries, gathering key information
  • Manage inbound inquiries and walk-ins

  • Manage sales calendar. Schedule, confirm, and coordinate all sales appointments
  • Prepare agendas and distribute materials for meetings
  • Support sales efforts at events as a host
  • Perform basic updates in the CRM - Delphi/Salesforce
  • Compile and submit daily and weekly sales reports
  • Order, replenish, and organize office supplies (brochures, marketing forms, and materials)
  • Track and digitally archive internal documents, amendments, and forms
  • Organize and maintain office filing systems, forms, and supply storage
  • Ad Hoc Projects as needed


Qualifications

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic knowledge & understanding of Opera
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM systems (Delphi/Salesforce preferred)
  • Professional demeanor with a customer-service-oriented mindset
  • Experience in client-facing roles preferred

Salary Range: $60K - $65K Annually
