The IT Program Lead will be responsible for overseeing and managing multiple IT projects and programs within the organization. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership and communication skills and a solid understanding of IT systems and processes with a desire to lead Artificial Intelligence (AI) project initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully delivering IT projects on time and within budget including well-defined communication strategies as part of project execution. 0-20% Travel Disclosure as required by applicable law, the annual salary range for this position is 80,000- 130,000. The actual compensation may vary based on geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level. The salary range is CONMED's good faith belief at the time of this posting.
