Quality Inspector

Are you detail-oriented and passionate about quality? Staffmark is seeking a Quality Inspector for a temp-to-hire opportunity with a top-tier manufacturing facility in Hammond. This role is perfect for someone with at least 1 year of quality or inspection experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $17.00/hour

Schedule: 12-hour day shifts | Rotating 2-2-3 schedule

What You'll Do:

• Perform visual inspections of bottles and packaging before shipment
• Verify product specs and document findings
• Report and track defects; assist with rework as needed
• Conduct packaging audits and equipment checks
• Train new team members on quality systems
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and GMP standards
• Collaborate with Supervisors and production teams on quality concerns
