Are you a natural leader with strong customer service experience? Staffmark is seeking a Call Center Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of a high-performing customer service team. If you're ready to coach, motivate, and lead by
example-this could be the opportunity for you.

Pay: $20.00-$24.00/hour (based on experience)

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 1st Shift | Flexible start time

What You'll Do:



  • Supervise daily call center operations and team workflow
  • Monitor calls, coach staff, and ensure policy compliance
  • Handle escalated calls and resolve customer issues
  • Communicate goals and performance expectations clearly
  • Train, mentor, and develop team members
  • Track performance metrics and prepare productivity reports
  • Provide feedback, recognize achievements, and address concerns
  • Support IT troubleshooting and respond to system-related issues
  • Promote a positive, safe, and inclusive work environment



What You Bring:



  • High school diploma or GED (Bachelor's preferred)
  • 3-5 years of call center/customer service experience
  • At least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and coaching skills
  • Able to lift up to 25 lbs. and work at a computer for long periods
