Fishbeck is seeking a driven and innovative IT Solutions Analyst to join our collaborative technology team. Primary Functions
- Serve as the technical lead on cross-functional IT initiatives, ensuring successful planning, execution, and delivery.
- Analyze complex technical issues and work both independently and collaboratively to develop effective solutions.
- Design, maintain, and optimize the Windows desktop environment, including system imaging, configuration, and security updates.
- Develop and document automated software installations and system configurations to streamline IT operations.
- Research, evaluate, and recommend emerging technologies-including AI solutions-to enhance internal processes and support business needs.
- Create user-friendly training materials and assist in educating staff and support teams on new tools and solutions.
- Collaborate with external software vendors to manage licensing, upgrades, and system compatibility.
Desired Experience
- 5+ years of experience in a technical IT role with a strong foundation in hardware, software, and systems support.
- Deep expertise in Microsoft technologies, including Windows OS, Office 365, and system security updates.
- Working knowledge of core infrastructure components such as Active Directory, Azure AD, DNS, DHCP, and basic networking (e.g., Cisco IOS, routing protocols).
- Experience with system automation and mobile device management, including software deployments and configuration.
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills, with a proven ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with the skill to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt quickly to new technologies, and meet deadlines.
Desired Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT certifications, or equivalent work experience in technical role.
Minimum Physical Requirements
Must be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions, lift up to 50 lbs., walk or stand for extended periods, and perform tasks requiring bending, kneeling, and climbing. Good vision, hand-eye coordination, and spatial awareness are essential.
