The Inventory Control Coordinator will be responsible for analyzing production/receiving schedules, managing inventory levels, and optimizing inventory processes to ensure timely delivery and minimal waste. This role will collaborate closely with procurement, sales, and logistics teams to develop and implement strategies that align inventory & production planning with business objectives.

Key Accountabilities
  • Analyze inventory data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for optimization.
  • Develop and maintain release & transfer schedules to align with inventory levels, customer demands, and supply capabilities.
  • Coordinate consignment releases to ensure timely availability of products for customers.
  • Optimize order quantities and reorder points for field stocking to minimize stockouts and excess inventory.
  • Implement best practices for production planning and inventory management.
  • Prepare regular reports on production performance metrics and recommend improvements.
Qualifications/Requirements
  • Proven experience in production planning, inventory management, or supply chain operations.
  • Analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, ERP systems).
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse teams across many locations.
  • Knowledge of inventory best practices and methodologies
  • Ability to work independently and in group settings to accomplish goals

Salary Range: The compensation range(s) identified above are a good faith estimate of the salary expected to be paid as performed from these locations. Actual salaries may vary based on a variety of factors including but not limited to skillset, experience, education and training; and other relevant business and organizational factors.Most candidates will start in the lower half of the range.
