ANNUAL SALARY (DEPENDING ON SKILLS/EXPERIENCE): $163,000.00 - $185,000.00 JOB SUMMARY: The Lead RN will be responsible and accountable for over-seeing the direct operations and patient flow of a designated Infusion Site on his/her respective shift. The Assistant RN Manager will support growth and quality at medical oncology sites across the enterprise consisting of Infusion centers, laboratory, and in office dispensing. The Assistant RN manager will support and model a service-oriented culture focused on employee engagement, quality, patient safety, service excellence, fiscal responsibility and the overall patient and physician experience.
