Digital Technology Technician

Mead & Hunt, a nationally recognized professional services consulting firm, is seeking a self-motivated, proactive individual to work in our Information Technology department. The person selected for this position will be working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities include:

• Serve as a senior technical resource for standardization of software products
• Supporting technical platforms, programs and standards
• Assisting in the development of internal training programs and resources for staff
• Assisting in managing software licensing and user account creation and closeout
• Offering IT support, including software deployment and update testing

The successful candidate will have all of the following:

• Associate degree (or higher) in Information Services plus four (4) years of relevant experience

--OR-

• If no degree, six (6) years of experience

The ideal candidate will have any/all of the following:

• CoPilot, Sharepoint, Teams, and Microsoft 365 experience
• Experience with Digital technology
• Experience creating standards
• Troubleshooting/Helpdesk experience
• Experience leading handouts/trainings
• Experience communicating with different groups of professionals
