Your tasks Transport molten aluminum safely and efficiently using specialized forklifts. Strictly adhere to all safety protocols related to handling and transporting molten materials. Inspect forklift and safety equipment before each shift and report any malfunctions immediately. Coordinate with the casting and production teams to ensure timely material delivery. Ensure proper labeling and documentation of materials being transported. Monitor temperature and container integrity during transport. Participate in regular safety and operational training programs. Maintain cleanliness and operational readiness of the forklift and surrounding area. Assist in emergency procedures involving molten aluminum transport. Your profile Valid forklift operator certification/license. Proven ability to operate specialized forklifts safely and efficiently, especially in high-temperature or hazardous material environments. Strong understanding of industrial safety protocols, particularly those related to molten metal handling. Excellent attention to detail to monitor temperature, container integrity, and transport safety. Ability to communicate effectively and coordinate with cross-functional teams (production, casting, and maintenance). Good physical stamina and awareness to respond quickly in emergency situations. High level of responsibility, dependability, and commitment to quality and safety standards. Basic mechanical aptitude for performing equipment inspections and identifying malfunctions. Willingness to participate in ongoing safety and technical training. Experience in HPDC or similar manufacturing environments preferred.
