We are looking for a Sales Support Engineer to join our Group who has a customer-focused mindset and a team player who is ready to make an impact. This role allows you to combine technical expertise with sales support to ensure a seamless customer experience.

What is the role about?

The Sales Support Engineer at our Flow Production Center plays a vital role in delivering technical and sales support to Endress+Hauser Sales Centers across North & South America. This position supports both pre-sales and post-sales activities, ensuring a seamless customer experience. We are looking for a pro-active, solutions-oriented individual with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The ideal candidate will be technically adept, customer focused, and committed to delivering high-quality support that drives business success.

Which tasks will you perform?

  • Serve as contact point for all communications related to support of Sales Center Service workshop.
  • Support Sales Center technical requests on topics related to pre-sales and after-sales support (Technical Expert Center)
  • Collaborate with the Service & After-Sales Support Group in Flow Switzerland
  • Maintain active involvement in service trainings
  • Provide on-site customer support as needed
  • Support internal production processes related to spare parts ordering
  • Identify & propose product options/order codes to produce locally in collaboration with local Marketing & Engineering teams
  • Drive continuous improvement activities for processes involving the Sales Center Service Workshop and Flow

What do we expect from you?

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferably engineering or technical) and 5-10 years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Knowledge of instrumentation, process automation and measurement applications
  • Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively present information and respond to inquiries.
  • Competent in applying mathematical concepts to practical situations.
  • Demonstrate a strong engineering aptitude and technical problem-solving ability.
  • Comfortable working in a multicultural and international environment
  • Works autonomously, taking initiative, and makes decisions
