Chartwells at Hemlock Public Schools in Hemlock, MI is on the lookout for a motivated and detail-driven Director of Dining Services to lead our food service operations across four schools, serving approximately 1,250 students each day. Reporting to the Area Director, this role manages a dedicated team of 10 district associates and ensures full compliance with USDA, NSLP, and state regulations. One of the best perks? A predictable and balanced schedule-Monday through Friday, 7 AM to 4 PM-with only a handful of Saturdays (approx. four per year!). It's the kind of work-life balance that's hard to beat in food service. We're looking for someone who thrives on organization, leads with confidence, and communicates with clarity. You'll bring strong administrative skills, people management experience, and a proactive mindset to both daily operations and long-term program growth. While catering is currently limited, we host two standout events each year-serving up to 275 guests with full linens, silverware, from a mix of plated and buffet-style service.
