The Weitz Company is hiring a temporary, part-time position requiring 20-30 hours per week (exact hours and schedule within the working day can be flexible). This role would be responsible for coordinating with the company's employee base to conduct a mass system upgrade.

What You'll Do:



  • Coordinate with the IT team to provide Windows 11 upgrade(s) to company wide employee base, across the United States
  • Communicate via email, phone and messaging platforms to coordinate upgrade timing and support for employees identified as needing the upgrade
  • Track employees who have successfully completed the upgrade via the process outlined by the IT team



What We're Looking For:



  • Technology Experience:

    • Prior experience utilizing Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Teams is preferred
    • General proficiency in basic computer navigation and ability to quickly learn a new process within company specific systems is necessary


  • Skills:

    • Willingness to learn
    • Organized with a high attention to detail
    • Strong customer service through verbal and written communication skills
    • Time management, flexibility, and problem-solving abilities
