About the Role

We are looking for a Regional Marketing Manager with strong AEC industry experience to lead and mentor a high-performing team of marketing, graphics, and pursuit professionals. This role is critical in driving capture strategy, increasing win rates, and advancing our presence across the public infrastructure market. The ideal candidate is equal parts strategist and executor with the ability to align marketing efforts with business goals while fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability. In this role you will work closely with VPs, division managers, market leaders and design teams to drive our continued success.

You will be based in one of our Washington offices, lead a team of twelve marketing and graphic professionals and report to our Vice President of Growth & Strategy.

You Will:

• Collaborate: Collaborate with regional leadership team to further business development goals and business plan development in partnership with technical division managers.
• Facilitate Strategy: Facilitate strategy development process for strategic pursuits across multiple business lines, including driving the use of the CRM system.
• Oversee Proposal and Presentation Development: Provide direction and oversight for the development of compelling proposals and interview presentations.
• Track Performance: Track and report marketing performance metrics related to budget, proposal outcomes, hit/capture rates, pursuit efficiency, sales funnel, and ROI for the region.
• Lead and Mentor: Lead and mentor marketing managers and team to maintain a positive, high-performance culture focused on results.
• Partner: Collaborate on marketing initiatives across the company in partnership with other regional marketing managers and leadership.

You Have:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 10+ years of AEC marketing experience with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role.
• Demonstrated success in leading strategic pursuits and high-impact proposal efforts.
• Strong understanding of capture planning, interview coaching, and proposal best practices.

Compensation Information: Base salary for this position is in the range of $170,000-$200,000 depending on qualifications.

Compensation is determined by factors such as education, experience, location, and role. As employee-owners, we are eligible for performance-based bonuses and our salaries are reviewed annually. Our compensation structure prioritizes transparency and internal pay equity.
