Lead, Inspire, and Drive Impact How can you make an impact? As a District Sales Manager, you'll provide inspirational leadership and strategic direction to a team of field Sales Representatives across a territory that includes the state of Pennsylvania. You'll play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, exceeding profitability goals, and delivering cutting-edge educational solutions that include technology, media, and print across disciplines such as Science, Engineering, Math (SEM); Business and Economics (B&E); and Humanities, Social Sciences, and Languages (HSSL). This position requires up to 50% travel within the territory to meet with team members and university representatives, as well as 10% overnight and out-of-state travel. Candidates must permanently reside within the territory to be considered for the role. What You'll Do:

The pay range for this position is between $100,000 - $125,000 annually, however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.An annual sales incentive plan is included as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical and/or other benefits, depending on the position offered.
