POSITION SUMMARY:

The Senior Stock Plan Administrator will be responsible for the day-to-day activities of the Ardent Long-Term Incentive Plan (the "LTI Plan"), including the implementation, analysis, and administration of the LTI Plan. Leads Ardent's annual and quarterly equity grant processes. Collaborates closely with the Human Resources, Legal, Tax, Finance and Payroll teams, along with external and internal support teams.


Responsibilities

  • Ensures all processes under the LTI Plan comply with internal policies and external regulation.
  • Manages day-to-day stock plan administration including issuance of new stock awards, distribution of stock awards upon vesting, communications, training, reconciliation of activity, and termination management.
  • Leads Ardent's annual and quarterly grant processes, including establishing product ID's, termination coding/logic, grant issuance, and grant acceptance within the stock plan administration system (i.e., Fidelity). Gathers equity information for employees with concerns about their equity holdings.
  • Reports and analyzes monthly, quarterly and annual grant reports, share pool usage, stock ownership requirements, proxy reporting, and other ad-hoc reporting and analysis as required or requested.
  • Ensures compliance with internal controls as well as US tax laws and collaborates with internal and external audit teams to maintain SOX and other regulatory compliance.
  • Manages relationships with equity system vendors, Fidelity (plan administration) and Computershare (transfer agent).
  • Maintains partnerships with the Legal, Tax, Finance, Human Resources, and Payroll teams to ensure accurate and timely processing and reporting of equity activities.
  • Performs other job-related functions as assigned.

Qualifications

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in managing long-term incentive stock programs.
  • Experience partnering with cross-functional teams, including external and internal stakeholders
  • Experience with Fidelity Stock Plan Services or another similar vendor
  • Relevant certifications such as CEP, preferrred.
  • Experience with Lawson HR/Payroll and Computershare Transfer Agent Services, preferred.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Advanced Excel proficiency required.
  • Strong financial and modeling skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across all organizational levels.
  • Strong command of Excel and ability to provide data analysis, preferred.
  • Innovative problem-solving skills, preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. preferred.
