Position Responsibilities

About Us

We are a B2B global software company operating at the intersection of innovation and impact. Our customers span government contracting and professional services, and our products are evolving rapidly to meet modern demands. Pricing is a strategic growth lever-and we're investing in it accordingly.

About the Role

We're hiring a Strategic Pricing Leader to build and scale our strategic pricing function from the ground up. This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned B2B software pricing professional to architect the processes, frameworks, and strategy that will define how we price-now and in the future.

You'll report directly to the VP of Pricing & Deal Strategy and serve as a key partner to Finance, Product, Marketing, and Sales. This is a hands-on, high-impact role ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, sees structure as an opportunity, and knows how to balance strategic thinking with practical execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and lead the strategic pricing function-starting with foundational process design and scaling to cross-functional execution

  • Lead annual pricing planning, including governance, modeling, and coordination with Finance and Product teams

  • Develop frameworks for price setting, list price strategy, and monetization optimization across SaaS, perpetual, support, and services

  • Conduct pricing diagnostics, competitive analysis, and pricing model evaluations to drive margin improvement and revenue growth

  • Collaborate with Product Management, Product Marketing, and Sales on go-to-market pricing strategy for new offerings

  • Create scalable processes to evaluate packaging, discounting strategy, and price realization metrics

  • Support executive-level pricing decisions with clear, data-driven recommendations

Qualifications

What We're Looking For

  • 8+ years in B2B software pricing, monetization strategy, or related roles

  • Experience building or scaling a pricing function-ideally in a high-growth, SaaS or hybrid software environment

  • Strong analytical toolkit-comfortable with Excel, financial modeling, and pricing tools (Power BI or similar)

  • Strategic mindset with the ability to structure ambiguous problems and drive clarity

  • Strong executive presence and communication skills-you can influence senior stakeholders and drive consensus

  • A collaborative builder-comfortable being hands-on while aligning cross-functional teams

  • Located in North America and able to work effectively in a remote-first environment
