Responsible for planning and scheduling the activities of the maintenance group using the CMMS as the media. Maintains a sound CMMS (Data stream7i) program at the facility. Develops, implements and oversees sound predictive and preventative practices. Establishes new and maintains current guidelines and procedures, in order to maintain consistency of safety, operation and quality product output. Directs and instructs maintenance mechanics in equipment repair and or replacement. Works with maintenance personnel to ensure a suitable and balanced level of parts in inventory. Responsible for all buildings, grounds and equipment maintenance including planning and scheduling work order / P.M. execution. Helps develop, implement and oversee an on-going training program designed to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the maintenance department and plant as a whole. Maintains open lines of communication with plant management, Q.A. Operations, Human Resources, etc. to enable efficient and continued operation. Works closely with Maintenance Manager, Plant Engineer and outside contractors to ensure the timely and accurate completion of all special projects. Devises and recommends equipment automation to reduce or eliminate manual labor costs or production efficiencies. Completes all forms, records and paperwork including closing out work orders and PM's on a timely basis. Maintain responsibility for the implementation of and adherence to plant safety and GMP program within the maintenance department. Maintain responsibility for the adherence to the plant and corporate progressive disciplinary and attendance programs within the maintenance dept. Maintains budgetary parameters, established in conjunction with the Maintenance Manager and Plant Manager. Performs other job related projects, duties and assignments as directed by the maintenance manager or plant manager.

What you will bring to the table... (Must Have)
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2+ years of overall maintenance experience
- 3.5+ years of experience working in a manufacturing environment
- Basic knowledge PLC controls
- Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Preventative and Predictive Maintenance experience
It would be great if you have... (Nice to Have)
- Bachelors Degree or Associates Degree
- 5+ years of Maintenance experience within a food manufacturing environment
Compensation and Benefits: The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between $77,900-$112,000
Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
