Job Summary: We are seeking a licensed Mechanical HVAC Technician with a minimum of 2 years of experience to join our maintenance team. The Mechanical Technician will be responsible for timely delivery and maintenance of equipment to support operational demands, ensuring high reliability and efficiency in asset management. Key Responsibilities: Maintain assigned HVAC and mechanical equipment following established maintenance programs and reliability-centered maintenance strategies. Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for accurate tracking of labor, materials, work orders, and equipment history. Adhere to Technology Lifecycle Management (TLM) Product Line standards and transactional discipline. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at reducing maintenance downtime, optimizing asset utilization, and lowering cost of service delivery (CoSD). Support projects related to repair, reuse of parts, and improving maintenance technician productivity. Participate in failure investigations and competency management programs as assigned. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience as a licensed Mechanical HVAC Technician. Proven ability to work on-call in a rotating 5-week schedule, including weekends. Strong knowledge of maintenance programs, CMMS, and TLM systems preferred. Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
