The Opportunity

As an Experience Development Manager at Adobe, you will play a pivotal role in crafting the future of digital experiences. This outstanding opportunity allows you to work with a diverse team of professionals who are passionate about pushing the boundaries of technology and creativity. You'll manage and drive content production to curate multi-channel campaigns, and implement A/B tests to improve customer experiences. Join us in our mission to deliver world-class digital experiences and drive growth across Adobe's Creative Cloud, Document Cloud, and Experience Cloud products.

What you'll Do
  • Collaborate with clients and partners to understand and document content, orchestration, and testing requirements.
  • Work closely with Growth Product Managers to prioritize testing requirements and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with other Experience Developers, managing a roadmap of projects and ensuring successful implementation.
  • Author components and experiences in a headless CMS across multiple Adobe surfaces and customer journeys.
  • Develop and deploy personalized content campaigns to millions of customers globally.
  • Conduct rigorous testing of new content, campaigns, and analytics tracking for quality and accuracy.
  • Monitor and optimize deployed content and campaigns to ensure flawless execution.
  • Collaborate with Analysts to develop performance analytics for tests and campaigns.
  • Assist in crafting training content and delivering training sessions for Experience Developers.
  • Troubleshoot and provide solutions for complex project challenges.
What you need to succeed
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience with 3+ years in product management or related fields.
  • Proven experience managing multiple concurrent projects with strict deadlines.
  • Highly collaborative with experience aligning with cross-functional teams to launch high-impact projects.
  • Hands-on experience with campaign orchestration or optimization tools such as Adobe Target or Optimizely.
  • Strong knowledge of Adobe products and services.
  • Familiarity with JavaScript/JSON automation, REST API usage, HTML, and headless CMS systems is a plus.
  • Prior experience with designing and structuring campaigns using ADOBE products is preferred.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with a geographically distributed team.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $78,200 -- $161,700 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
