IT Asset Management Support I

Under general supervision, the IT Asset Management Support I is responsible for the physical delivery of IT hardware across the organization. This role may also assist with:

• Shipping and receiving
• Distributing, tracking, and reconciling purchase orders or service requests
• Supporting data disposition in compliance with NERC/CIP regulatory requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Transport and deliver IT hardware and materials safely and on time using a company vehicle
• Review orders before and after delivery to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Assist with loading and unloading materials from the delivery vehicle
• Provide delivery schedule information and reschedule deliveries as needed
• Build and maintain positive relationships with employees and contractors
• Answer questions related to deliveries and provide support as needed
• Complete and submit delivery logs and reports

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience preferred
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift/move/carry 10-50 pounds consistently
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling

Additional Information:

• This is an on-site position; candidate must report to the Topeka, KS location
• Candidate is responsible for securing their own parking
• Must be able to consistently perform the physical functions of the role, including lifting up to 50 lbs.

Estimated Min Rate: $12.00
Estimated Max Rate: $20.00
